The HOA Monthly Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 2, 2012, 2012 at San Tan Ford, 1429 E Motorplex Loop, Gilbert AZ 85297. The meeting will start at 6:30PM. If you wish to be placed on the agenda, please contact the management company at least two weeks in advance. All visitors are welcome and your participation is encouraged!
A word from the Town of Gilbert:
Please help spread the word regarding safety standards for Gilbert’s monthly bulk trash pick-up: 1) Keep bulk trash away from electrical and other utility boxes 2) Place bulk trash on the front edge of the home’s property line 3) Avoid placing bulk trash on sidewalks as they must remain accessible 4) Keep streets clear of bulk trash for the benefit of traffic and street sweepers 5) Place trash outside for pick-up no earlier than the weekend immediately prior to your collection week. Thank you for visiting the Gilbert Ranch Homeowners Association website. Our aim is to keep you informed about your HOA, community and town.
Since 2000, you, the homeowners of Gilbert Ranch, have controlled the HOA via a volunteer homeowner elected board of directors consisting of five homeowner representatives. As fellow homeowners, we share the same motivation to ensure that our investment in our homes is looked after while protecting and preserving the rights of all homeowners.
Keep in mind that the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) are meant to protect the rights of each individual while maintaining an agreeable limit of decorum to ensure that a neighbor's property values and way of life are not adversely affected. Overall, the homeowners of Gilbert Ranch have proven to be good neighbors making our community one to enjoy living in.
However, should you find the occasional need to bring up a violation to the management company, ask a question about the CC&Rs or maybe wish to compliment the board on a job well done, simply call, drop a note or send an e-mail to Sentry Management, the management company serving GRHOA.
