Please note that a written, non-anonymous complaint is required to report violations that cannot be verified by the manager during a routine drive through inspection. As of June 2009 the Board has resolved not to send any violation letters for dog barking based on complaints, but only one courtesy letter, regardless of how many complaints are received from the same or different residents. Further issues with barking dogs need to be referred to the Gilbert Police Department
